The challenge
An early-stage healthcare startup needed to launch clinical documentation and telehealth software for independent providers. The first release had to include a clinical scribe, voice-based patient intake, a telehealth experience, and healthcare-grade safeguards, all built from scratch quickly enough to begin onboarding providers within weeks.
